I wouldn’t count DeSantis out yet. He’s almost as big a POS as Trump, which I think is much of their appeal: forcing such obviously unsuitable leaders on everybody else.
I wake up every morning hoping for this headline. Democrats need to be prepared for this day as well as our military. The MAGA movement, the GOP and SCOTUS have caused so much damage to our democracy and to people’s lives that they all need to be held accountable. A small minority of disgruntled ppl should never, ever be allowed to overthrow our democracy ever again. We need very strong guardrails for future generations survival.
