So many don’t understand what unions are all about. The only thing they talk about is having to pay dues, not realizing the benefits and protection those dues can afford. There would not be so much pushback if unions were useless. The companies want to keep the money in their companies rather than paying a decent wage. Unions must do a better job of informing the workforce and the use of laws must be aggressive for unions to be treated fairly by companies. Unions build the middle class. Without them you can see how things crumble.
